{"id":258677,"date":"2024-02-23T05:02:23","date_gmt":"2024-02-23T13:02:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.teslarati.com\/?p=258677"},"modified":"2025-03-03T10:02:06","modified_gmt":"2025-03-03T18:02:06","slug":"adin-ross-shoots-up-his-tesla-cybertruck","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.teslarati.com\/adin-ross-shoots-up-his-tesla-cybertruck\/","title":{"rendered":"Adin Ross shoots up his Tesla Cybertruck"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Notable streamer and internet personality Adin Ross recently took delivery of a Tesla Cybertruck, and in classic content creator fashion, he did the most ridiculous thing you could do to it: shoot it with a gun.<\/p>\n<p>This is not the first time the Tesla Cybertruck has been subjected to gunfire, as CEO Elon Musk revealed the pickup underwent a variety of gunfire <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teslarati.com\/tesla-cybertruck-underwent-al-capone-style-bulletproof-testing-elon-musk\/\">&#8220;Al Capone style&#8221;<\/a> to test its durability.<\/p>\n<p>The Tesla Cybertruck has been marketed as one of the toughest vehicles on the market today, and the company put its money where its mouth was by testing it and releasing a video of it during the delivery event in November.<\/p>\n<div class=\"in-article-ad\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block; text-align: center;\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4672671650557568\" data-ad-slot=\"7845413937\"><\/ins><script>(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});<\/script><\/div>\n<p>However, just as the steel ball test was first performed by Tesla and then emulated by fans later on, it was only a matter of time before somebody somewhere decided to do the same with a gun.<\/p>\n<p>Adin Ross decided to be the one to do it, shooting his Cybertruck up with 9mm ammunition:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-media-max-width=\"560\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Shot up my Tesla truck today<br \/>\nIt\u2019s definitely bullet proof.
